Due to the large number of films that are submitted to our offices for consideration, we request an administrative fee to cover our handling costs, as our budget is already stretched to the limit. Each application should be accompanied by a check or money order for $30 or 30 Euros. American and European films may be invited to both festivals. We are now showing festival films in 35 mm and video (BETA PAL or DVCam, all formats) in Avignon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. And good luck!
